- Counseling and representation in litigation regarding federal, state and local statutes and regulations
- Active trial practice in administrative and employment law matters, including jury trials and in the areas of race, sex and age discrimination for Fortune 500 companies
- Working with numerous public employers and school districts on all employment and educational matters
- Designing and drafting complex contracts
- Managing and litigating complex wage and hour class action litigation
- Establishing client employment policies and procedures
- Conducting compliance reviews and assisting in preparation of employee handbooks and other materials
- Negotiating collective bargaining issues and labor contracts
- Dealing with clients on employment, plant closures, non-competes, and trade secret matters
- Advising employers concerning labor relations and labor contracts
- Training including Corporate Governance, violence in the workplace, harassment, Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act
